4. Ongoing Compliance

5. Refusal of Service 

The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate business relationships where: 

  • Required documentation is not provided 
  • Information cannot be verified 
  • Compliance concerns arise 
  • Suspicious activity is identified
