Transaction Verification Process

Due Diligence and Client Verification

Our Compliance Process

Step One

Initial Assessment: We begin by reviewing the client’s transaction request and corporate profile to understand the nature of the proposed engagement.

This includes assessing the business activity, counterparties involved, transaction structure, and jurisdictional exposure.

The objective of this stage is to determine whether the request is suitable for further due diligence and verification processing.

Step Two

Due Diligence & Client Verification: We conduct full counterparty due diligence, including:

  • KYC / KYB verification
  • CIS (Client Information Sheet) review
  • Company registration and ownership structure checks
  • Banking details validation
  • Sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening

This ensures the legitimacy, identity, and credibility of all parties involved.

Step Three

Risk & Transaction Validation: We assess the transaction from a legal, financial, and operational risk perspective, including:

  • Banking consistency and fund flow validation
  • Legal and documentation review
  • Transaction feasibility assessment
  • Fraud and inconsistency detection

Based on results, the transaction is either approved, conditionally approved, or declined.

Step Four

Approval & Ongoing Monitoring:Approved clients are onboarded for transaction coordination under continuous oversight.

We monitor:

  • Transaction execution integrity
  • Counterparty consistency
  • Banking and payment alignment
  • Changes in risk profile or documentation

This ensures the transaction remains secure, transparent, and compliant throughout the process.

Protecting Transactions Through Verified Counterparties

Counterparty Authentication

We verify that all individuals and companies involved in a transaction are genuine, identifiable, and legally operating entities before engagement.

Ownership Transparency (UBO Review)

We assess the ultimate beneficial ownership structure to ensure clear and traceable control of the entity involved.

Fraud Risk Prevention

Our process helps identify and eliminate exposure to fraudulent structures, misrepresentation, and unauthorized intermediaries.

Transaction Legitimacy Assessment

We evaluate whether the proposed transaction is commercially valid, structured correctly, and feasible under real market conditions.

Banking Integrity Verification

We confirm that banking details provided are legitimate, consistent, and aligned with the declared corporate identity.

Secure Trade Enablement

Only verified counterparties are approved, ensuring transactions proceed within a controlled, transparent, and risk-managed environment.

Initiate Transaction Verification

To proceed with a transaction engagement, please submit your details for initial review and counterparty verification.

Our team uses a structured due diligence process to assess the legitimacy, ownership structure, banking integrity, and transaction credibility of all counterparties before approval.

This ensures that only verified and legitimate entities are engaged in international trade transactions.
